Our employee support programs come in various forms but specifically fit into one of two categories: Preventative healthcare and reactive healthcare. Prevention programs, our strongest and profoundly created initiatives backed by research and neuroscience, aim to build protective factors within the generations we serve. This empowerment enables individuals to manage challenges, change, or any other scenarios that may arise. Reactive healthcare is the standard approach involving a call center that supports individuals and families, trauma care, debriefing, and other interventions.
Through customised programs tailored for employees in various industries and with different budgets, the Wellness Dialogue Group combines all aspects of Women’s, Men’s, and Kids Dialogue. We are not only passionate about supporting people and the next generation but also aim to encourage businesses to be empowered enough to include others authentically.
Mental health, wellness, and health are interrelated and closely linked to inclusion. The Wellness Dialogue Group has designed programs according to Maslow’s hierarchy but has taken the research further. One of our basic human needs is INCLUSION. Authentic inclusion means accepting and working with the underpinnings of “being seen,” which include compassion, acceptance, and love.

- Wellness plans and tips for families and kids (general with specific guidelines for specific conditions)
- Monthly counsellor face-to-face in office 8 hours or as and when needed
